Our Partnership with You

We are committed to create a partnership between our teachers, our staff, the Director and you, the parent/guardian, to discuss your child's learning opportunities in our program. We strive to made each individual child achieve their fullest potential. Here is a list of things that will help in achieving a partnership with you:

~ After registration, you will be offered a "Getting to Know Your Child" meeting along with an orientation.

~ Observations on your child's accomplishments in each developmental area will be conducted throughout his/her time spent at the center. At this time, a Milestone Checklist will be provided to you for review.

~ We encourage parent involvement. Parent conferences are offered twice per year.

~ Transitioning into a new classroom can be both an exciting and anxious experience to the parents and the child. However, we will make every effort to make this transition as smooth as possible. Before each transition occurs, your child will visit the next classroom in small increments of time to help get acclimated. When it is time for your child to graduate to the next classroom, a welcome letter will be sent to you that will introduce the teachers, classroom, curriculum and new procedures for a successful year.

~ We host several formal parent participation activities throughout the year including, our annual Halloween parade and our annual holiday celebration.

~ Informal parent participation in the center is always welcome. Parents are invited to visit the center at any time.
